Customer Issue: Mr. Merwitz was having some of his upstairs carpentry redone, and wanted to take the opportunity to install a radiant barrier in the attic.
Our Solution: The radiant foil strips meant for the walls were easy to bolt into place after those walls had been dusted and scrubbed. For the roof, our last set of radiant foil sheets had to go above the wooden roof supports.

Customer Issue: Mr. Flitey’s attic insulation had built up a lot of dirt and moisture over the years, and he was afraid of mold.
Our Solution: Getting the attic cleared out came first. Then, with masks and gloves equipped, our next task was to raise the floorboards, strip off the old insulation, clean underneath and stick on the new panels. The walls and roof interiors got the same treatment.

Customer Issue: Evidence of rodents in the attic.
Our Solution: We searched and assessed the entire house for signs of rodents and found an empty nest in the attic. We placed non-lethal traps to catch any remaining rodents and proceeded to decontaminate the attic, and block and seal any potential entry points in order to prevent the pests from returning.

Customer Issue: The customer's attic needed storm dirt and debris removed.
Our Solution: We cleaned out the attic by removing and vacuuming the dirt and debris and replaced some insulation to bring the attic up to R-38 specifications.

Customer Issue: Customer had been hearing activity in her attic and wanted our team to seal and rodent proof the entire area.
Our Solution: We cleaned and sanitized the room, screened the air vents and added some additional insulation. No rat is going to crawl in there any time soon, that’s for sure!

Customer Issue: Requested spray foam insulation in her new home's attic.
Our Solution: Our team cleaned up the left-over construction debris, cleaned the attic, sealed all air gaps and sprayed new foam insulation throughout the area. The customer was very pleased with the results.
